Pepperstone utilizes two different pricing models which apply to different account types. For instance, the Razor account is commission based and the Standard account incorporates their fees in the spread. The Razor account features the tightest spreads with averages of around 0.2 pips, with the added commissions of $3.5, the all-in cost could be 0.95 pips. For the standard account the spreads tend to be wider but there are no added commissions. For day traders, the Razor account or Active Trader account’s offer the most cost-effective option.
